1. Our commitment
Loop Trading LLC, which operates LoopTrading, wants every trader to be able to read, configure, and supervise their bots, whatever assistive technology they use. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the public website and the signed-in application, and we treat accessibility defects as product defects.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML with one main landmark per page, a skip link, and headings in order;
- Keyboard access to every control, including the strategy player, dialogs, and menus;
- Body text at 14px or larger, legal text at 12px or larger, and a contrast floor of 4.5:1 for text on the dark theme;
- Status conveyed by text and shape, not colour alone (for example, pills say Operational or Unavailable, not only green or red);
- Motion that respects the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting; - Accessibility review as part of each audit cycle, with findings tracked alongside other defects.
3. Known issues
These are the barriers we know about on the date above. We list them so you are not surprised, and we remove each one as it is fixed.
- Some dashboard charts are drawn on a canvas and expose their values only through the adjacent tables and captions, not through the chart itself;
- The animated strategy explainer narrates its captions visually; the same content is available as static text in the in-app guide;
- A small number of dashboard section titles are still rendered as styled labels rather than headings, which affects heading navigation;
- Third-party surfaces we embed, such as the Stripe billing portal, follow their own accessibility programmes.
4. Feedback and contact
If you hit a barrier, tell us. Email [email protected] (or [email protected] if that mailbox is unavailable) with the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to offer an alternative way to complete the task while a fix is in progress.
5. Technical information
LoopTrading is built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SVG and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, together with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. This statement was last reviewed on September 28, 2026.
