LoopTrading systems
A direct view of the public worker heartbeat and its monitoring path. How we protect accounts and keys is on the Security & reliability page.
Checking systems
Reading the latest application and worker heartbeat.
Automatically refreshes every 30 seconds. This page reports current technical health, not exchange availability or trading performance. It is served by the application it reports on — if it will not load, treat that as an outage.
What each status means
The process that evaluates every bot and places orders. It publishes a heartbeat; when the heartbeat is older than the configured threshold the cell reads Unavailable and bots stop acting until it recovers.
The Redis lease that stops two workers from acting on the same bot. When it is required and unreachable, no order is placed, stop-losses included; positions are untouched and you can act directly on your exchange.
- Operational reporting normally
- Degraded reachable, a dependency needs attention
- Unavailable not reporting or failing
- Unknown could not be measured from here
